The Business Sparks app does do not store original material uploaded by the user.
When uploading information to our app, you remain the proprietary owner of the data you provide.
Uploaded data is discarded once the process of generating a summary is complete and the result sent back to the user.
The extracted summary content is not saved permanently on any of our storage mediums. It is only temporarily held in the application's memory for the duration of the processing.
The Business Sparks app retains personal information it collects from you where there is an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with access to the Services, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
When there is no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
